Crisis Management
If we have had a trauma background there will be a
need to do more orbiofrontal-limbic neural networking by engaging in
such activities such as bonding, playing with kids, animals, martial
arts and coordination, motor skills, sensory stimulation work etc....
BEFORE you do any primal therapy and de-repression work. Normally
emotional regulation and the orbiofrontal-limbic link are built within
the course of healthy family life. But if there was abuse or deficiency
in this you must build up your container yourself as an adult. Then you
can go do peyote, rebirthing, holotropic breathing and other primal
therapies. First build then regress, build, regress and then all that
terror (protest-despair) contained in your original wiring will be
released in a manageable fashion. If you do the primal therapies
without doing the orbitofrontal work as well, (when normal
consciousness is perturbed by whatever means) your limbic brain and
brainstem will just take over and act out, for they are trying to purge
your original traumatic memory.
Because the activity of the limbic brain and brainstem is greatly
activated during Kundalini awakening, this offers the perfect
opportunity for old neurology to take wholesale control over your
normal cognitive functions in order to express its “protest”. It does
this because our normal repressive mechanisms are usually very strong
and keep it "down." The stronger your repressive mechanism
(despair-freeze) the more powerful the force below needs to be to knock
it out of commission in order for it to be heard. And one way or
another that traumatized infant and child WILL be heard. Perhaps you
could find some compassionate, creative, playful and "safe" ways for
the child to be heard, without having to give your life over to that
infant to do so. That is to consciously go “towards” the child with
open arms, rather than locking it up in the dungeon and treating it
like a dragon. You know how when you stop running from the demons in
your dreams, they turn out to be allies.
If you are in complete crisis you may need a surrogate mother or father
figure to help you to learn to self-regulate your autonomic system. Any
compassionate person with a reasonably well-developed nervous system
and vast understanding can serve as a balancing force. By undergoing
the crisis in emotional tandem you will probably avoid things
escalating to madness, prevent brain damage through panic and avoid
becoming prone to seizure.
Stay focused on something to look forward to, something you want to do,
build the image of that up in your mind, write it out and start making
plans. As soon as you engage yourself into some future fun thing, your
body-mind-spirit will come together. Your energies cannot ascend
coherently unless you are using active imagination in all five senses
to visualize where you want to go, who you want to be, and what you
want to do.
• Don’t panic, the energy of your state will tell you exactly what
to do if you listen deeper and deeper. Long walks in nature will
dissipate the most tenacious panic attacks.
• Drink two glasses of water and lie on the grass under a tree.
Breathing “harmony,” “order,” “peace” these through the heart and into
your solar plexus.
• Focus on something specific to look forward to, something you want to
do, even if it is just daydreaming, in order to move your
body-mind-spirit into coherent clarity.
• Try and get some sun on your naked body about half an hour a day sunbathing either early or late in the day would be ideal.
• Get someone to massage you regularly, or massage and stretch yourself and take long Epsom salt baths.
• Do the Inner Arts and especially the Pot of Gold, dropping further
into the feltsense intelligence of the body. Placing what you think is
the antidote state or emotions into your organs.
• Play soothing music such as Byron Metcalf’s Wachuma’s Wave, Steve
Roach, Amethystium, Enya, Liquid Mind, Evanescence. www.pandora.com/
“Magic individuals who create their own destiny and are masters of
their fate draw from the strength of the positive current.” The Magic
of Everyday Life, Maria Szepes. Perhaps my very favorite book.
Rudi: 14 Years With My Teacher by John Mann, is a fabulously reassuring
book on the psychological aspects of cultivating kundalini.

PANIC
The tide must go out before it comes in.
When we are on the verge of a breakthrough (influx of spirit) we often experience a panic attack, like we are going to die, or some other extreme negative emotion. Our trauma ridden, distrustful ego-body doesn't want to open to greater spaciousness, freedom, love and joy. Thus the emotional tide often goes out before it can come in. Our small conditioned self (operating ego) doesn't know the cycles of awakening and cannot predict when an influx of spirit is going to occur. Thus we might have a tendency to resist the associated down cycle, and to numb out with food or alcohol or create some disruptive social drama in response to the withdrawal of the tidal force of spirit. Raw food and nootropics will give you more energy to ride the waves, however if it is choppy water, you will feel the waves more. Most of us are used to zoning out and going numb rather than powering up to meet the waters....heck if we numb out good enough we don't even realize we are in shark infested storm waters.
If a panic attack happens tap your adrenal glands for 5 minutes and your thymus gland under your sternum for 5 minutes. Light some candles, put on soft music, do some stretches and take a hot bath (with Epsom salts for magnesium). Or if it happens during the day, go for a long, fast walk or run and focus on your breathing. Toning while doing Cardiomuscular Release will also get you through a panic attack; and regular use of this method will rewire the nervous system to prevent panic attacks. Don't worry about panic attacks, they are a normal part of rising to more expansive levels of consciousness. I went through at least 3 major panic attacks during my awakening and I just walked them off. Low GABA levels are linked to panic disorders. GABA is a major inhibitory neurotransmitter, a brain chemical. Supplementing with GABA often works better than drugs for panic attacks. Because GABA inhibits the prefrontal lobes, you may get a heavy forehead. If you want a calming supplement formula there is one on my website at Five Formulas For Kundalini.
Running, sunbathing, swimming, camping, lying on the ground, dancing, drumming, singing, toning, walking, gardening, playing with kids and animals and focusing on your life's mission will reduce anxiety.
PANIC and pH Studies have shown that high accumulations of lactic acid in the body can increase anxiety and cause panic attacks. High sugar diets can also cause lactic acid to build up in the blood. And the liver will produce lactate if the body is too acidic, so eat an alkalinizing diet high in raw vegetables, sprouts and herbs. Malic acid also helps reduce lactic acid build-up in muscles, so to eat a raw apple after working out. Or if you are having a panic attack, drink a glass of water and go for a long, fast walk and focus on breathing.
The acidosis that is associated heavy exercise arises from the hydrolyzing of ATP releasing a hydrogen ion. It is the ATP-derived hydrogen ions are primarily responsible for the increase in acidity following exhaustive exercise. A Niacin deficiency can cause panic problems, take at least 100mg of the flushing kind of Niacin per day as well as B-complex. Magnesium decreases panic and anxiety so take magnesium citrate, magnesium ascorbate and eat plenty of raw greens. Eliminate artificial sweeteners, sugar and cooked carbohydrates.
How well we weather an awakening depends on how our body is made, our stress load, free radical load and diet and lifestyle.
If the energy generation is too high for the quality of the body and the resources then we will likely experience uncomfortable symptoms. Thus you need to look at the stress load, lifestyle, diet and the nature and social deprivations you are under. Stopping the uncomfortable symptoms might mean changing location, vocation, or relationship in order to come into alignment with your highest spiritual potential. Then the friction - atomic, psychological, emotional and sensory - should reduce, and then rather than feeling "undone" by the energy of consciousness (kundalini) you will start to feel whole and completed by it. The kundalini, if listened to earnestly will always point you to a truth beyond the ego-blinkers and the blind programming of our cultural ocean.
Olive leaf, Rhodiola, Omega 3 and lecithin will immediately make you feel better, and remember we are lacking silicon and magnesium as a species. But then you are going to have to change much about your life to come into alignment with the Christ energy. It is not the kundalini that is the problem, it is your inability to listen to its dictates beyond your programming that is creating the friction. Once we awakening, we can no longer deny that a round peg doesn't fit into a square hole. Thus step by step, we have to rise up to the new Master and stop listening to the old ones.
To counteract any damage due to toxins, drugs or kundalini or stress the Exhaustion Phase protocol on my website will help.

punitive spirituality and repressive social structures of Western
society. Thus Osho’s voice and writing is very reassuring to anyone in
